We work with employers and their staff to enable everyone’s skills to be better used in the workplace. Employers and business managers urgently need the vast pool of skills offered by those marginalised because of race, disability, culture or any other ‘difference’. Despite this, many remain unsure about how best to include these valuable candidates into their staff teams. Equality Training works at every level within organisations to enable effective, positive practice.

We also operate within education, care and ‘early years’ services, tackling the barriers to inclusion and developing informed good practice with staff and families.
