This programme offers a sound foundation to good inclusive practice and helps delegates deal more confidently with diversity in educational, social or work settings.

Delegates develop a personal understanding of diversity and learn to assess the impact of their attitudes, language and behaviour upon colleagues and clients alike. This programme aims to promote the understanding that diversity is not about minorities, but describes the rich variety of skills, talents and potential within every team. It is specifically aimed at managers who want to explore diversity and thus improve their leadership skills.
